Our Objectives

The Black Marques Motor Racing Club was formed by a group of racing drivers and events coordinators to facilitate motor racing events of all kinds within the Fraser Coast region.

We are not a membership-focused club and we do not aim to make the regions membership pool smaller for regular car clubs by actively seeking financial members.

Membership to The Black Marques is strictly by invitation only.

We recognized that many car clubs often did not have consistent resources or experience to implement events on their own, and so we use our own resources to design, coordinate and run events (in conjunction with clubs when required) to ensure their longevity and viability within the region.

Our professional experience includes active motor racing in a variety of disciplines, event coordination, funding and sponsorship, marketing, advertising and finance.

Our flagship event is the FRASER COAST SPRINTS to be held June 25-26 at Maryborough Showgrounds.

We actively promote safe and legal motor racing as a sport that should be accessible to everyone, and encourage young drivers through driver education and track-training days to be announced soon.

In brief, we want more motor racing on the Fraser Coast, and are willing to put our money where our mouth is.
